Condo View
Unit 12304 offers argueably the best views found at the Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens. This top floor end unit surprises many people with a view so expansive. Hawaii is known for its sunsets and you can watch a breathtaking sunset from the living room, dining room, or lanai of this unit almost every day of the year. On a rare occasion you may see a phenomenon know as a "green flash" - a fleeting spot of intense green light on the horizon an instant after sunset. In the winter months it is not unusual to see whales playing less than 50 yards from shore.
Kitchen
With new tile floors, the spacious kitchen of unit 12304 at the Kona Coast Resort is a gourmet's delight with all of the modern conveniences. Equipped by a trained chef, you will find everything you need to prepare nearly any meal. The oven is full sized, as are the washer and dryer which are discreetly tucked away in a closet. Bedroom
The bedroom of unit 12304 at the Kona Coast Resort is spacious and very comfortable. With vaulted ceiling and lots of windows, you'll feel the cool evening breezes coming down the mountain. The large room features a king sized bed with Hawaiian décor, a large dresser and lots of closet space. There is also a library, a TV and a radio in the bedroom.
Bathroom
The recently remodeled bathroom is roomy and bright with new tile floors and counter tops. There are dual sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience.
