Deposit and Payment:

· A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation.

· Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.

o A security deposit of $250.00 is also required and will be credited back within 14 days of checkout based on the condition of the condo.

Cancellations:

· Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date can have the deposit applied to a stay at the same AlohaCondos.com property within one year of the original check-in date.

· Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits.

· Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments.

Cleaning Fees:

· All stays have a check out cleaning fee of $100.00 for units 6304 and 12304, $125.00 for unit 10304, $145.00 for unit 10201, $150.00 for unit 2204, $170.00 for unit 7106 and $180.00 for unit 2203.

· Stays of more than 10 days have additional interim cleaning fees of $100.00 (units 6304, 12304), $125.00 (unit 10304), $145.00 (units 10201), $150.00 (unit 2204), $170.00 (unit 7106) and $180.00 (unit 2203) every ten days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged for three cleanings total - two interim cleanings and one check-out clean.

Check-In/Checkout:

· Check-In Time is at 3:00 PM.

· Checkout Time is at 11:00 AM.

o We cannot accommodate earlier check-ins or check-outs because we often have parties departing and arriving on the same day.

Air Conditioning:

· Central air conditioning is available at a rate of $15.00 per day in units 7106 & 10304 and is required from June 1 to October 31. Units 2203, 6304, 10201 and 12304 do not have air conditioning.

General Policies:

· Keys: Please make sure that all keys are left behind at the condo. We charge a $25.00 replacement fee for each lost key.

· Smoking: The Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens is a non-smoking resort with designated smoking areas around the property. All condos are non-smoking units. If you need to smoke, please do so outside of the condo.

· Occupancy: We allow a maximum of eight overnight guests in unit 7106; six overnight guests in units 2203, 2204, 10201 & 10304; four overnight guests in unit 6304 and two overnight guests in unit 12304. With more than 4 guests in units 2204, 7106, 10201 or 10304, a $15 fee per additional guest per day is charged. With more than 4 guests in unit 2203, a $30 fee per day is charged.

· Linens: We charge a fee of $15.00 for any missing beach or bath towels upon checkout.
